You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants in a team-focused, compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer and evaluate nursing care according to standards.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
