Job summary

Apploi is seeking an RN Supervisor for a 7am-3pm shift to oversee nursing staff, supervise CNAs and GNAs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The role requires a current RN license, a nursing degree, and strong leadership skills.

The position includes responsibilities such as directing daily nursing activities, evaluating performance, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high-quality resident care. A sign-on bonus is offered and Covid vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum nursing degree or RN program completion.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state.
• At least 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and facility regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of CNAs/GNAs and nursing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Center policies and procedures.
• Review and revise department policies and procedures as needed.
• Provide disciplinary actions and performance evaluations.
• Prepare and present shift reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to meet care plans.
• Supervise discharge planning portions and ensure quality care.
