Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a Registered Nurse to join a skilled nursing facility in the United States. You will assess residents, create individualized care plans and supervise nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, flexible pay options, and comprehensive benefits. Shifts are 6:00p–6:00a, with wages of $40.00–$45.00 per hour and strong support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification required; proficient with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs, develop care plans and administer nursing care.
• Evaluate care and supervise nursing assistants and staff.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards and policies.
