Job summary

Excel Care Wilmington is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations on the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) at our Delaware facility. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and ensure care plans compliance and regulatory standards.

We offer a competitive hourly wage starting at $45 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, daily pay, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Delaware.
• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
