Excelcare at Troy Hills in Parsippany, NJ is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for overnight shifts to lead the nursing team and ensure quality patient care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, coordinate admissions/discharges, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians and families to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ years of RN experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Excelcare at Troy Hills. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery during your shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader with long-term care/skilled nursing experience who is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting a dynamic nursing team.
