Job summary

Excel Care Newark is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and clinical operations during your shift in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. This part-time role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and hands-on patient care.

You will coordinate admissions, discharges, and care plans, collaborate with physicians and families, respond to emergencies, and foster a positive team culture while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
