Job summary

Excel Care Wilmington is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our weekend night team, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, in a skilled nursing setting where resident well-being is paramount.

The RN supervisor will deliver direct care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold clinical excellence and regulatory compliance on every shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Delaware.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Leadership and clinical judgment required.
• Mentorship and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health.
