Job summary

Excel Care Wilmington is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations on the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM) at our Delaware facility. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and ensure care plans compliance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Delaware.
• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shift.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical documentation and care plans.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and staffing needs.
