Job summary

Excelcare Health Management in Lewes, DE is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations and staff on weekend shifts in a resident-focused skilled nursing setting.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure high-quality patient care, manage care plans, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while supporting a collaborative nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ years RN experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
