Job summary

Sterling Care Riverside is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3pm-11pm shift to oversee nursing units and ensure high-quality resident care. The role requires a registered nurse with MD license, solid leadership experience, and LTC/SNF background.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care documentation, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with nursing management policies. A strong commitment to compassionate care and team leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• RN leadership capabilities and oversight of nursing units.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and ensuring quality care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities (LTC/SNF).
• Proven ability to manage schedules and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing unit operations during 3pm-11pm shift.

• Coordinate care plans and resident schedules with interdisciplinary team.

Summary/Objective: The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced Registered Nurse. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
