Job summary

Sterling Care Riverside is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend coverage (7am-11pm) to oversee nursing units and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, handle medication administration, maintain documentation, and implement resident schedules in alignment with nursing management policies.

Qualified candidates will hold an MD RN license and have 5 years RN experience, with supervision experience preferred and LTC/SNF background advantageous.

Qualifications

• RN license in MD required.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience.
• RN Supervisor/Management experience preferred.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing units to ensure quality care within policies and nursing management parameters.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans for residents.
• Schedule adherence and implementation of resident-specific care plans.

Summary/Objective:

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced Registered Nurse. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
