Your Responsibilities & Duties:

As an RN Supervisor at Breezy Hills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of patient care. Your duties include:

• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to evaluate and oversee daily operations of the Nursing Department, in compliance with current rules and regulations.
• Ensuring all nursing personnel adhere to their respective job descriptions, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
• Participating in facility surveys as requested by the DON and ADON, helping maintain compliance with government guidelines.
• Conducting daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to ensure all nursing personnel meet acceptable standards.

Your Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Valid RN License: You hold a valid RN license in the State of Florida.
• Experience: Ideally, you possess a minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience as a plus.
• Leadership Skills: You have demonstrated leadership and management skills that inspire your colleagues.
• Communication: Your strong verbal and written communication skills facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
• Safety Commitment: You have received the COVID-19 vaccination, prioritizing safety for our residents and staff.
