Salary: Up to $42 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

RN Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in managing the Nursing Department, ensuring adherence to all regulations and guidelines.
2. Ensure all nursing staff comply with their job descriptions and perform to the highest standards.
3. Participate in facility surveys as requested, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
4. Conduct daily rounds to verify that nursing personnel are meeting accepted standards of care.

RN Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Valid RN License in the State of Florida.
2. Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care, with managerial experience preferred.
3. Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
