Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Evening Shift

Position Overview

Northern Metropolitan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work the Evening Shift (3PM-11PM) at our skilled nursing facility in Monsey, NY. We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
3. Answer questions and requests from residents and staff.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
5. Monitor confidential information to maintain resident confidence.
6. Document resident care services accurately.
7. Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
• Strong leadership skills and positive team management.
• Familiarity with EHR and e-prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
