Pay Rate: $22.50 an hour

Hourly shift differential for swing and grave shifts:

• $2.00 an hour additional for swing shift (3pm-11pm)
• $2.00 an hour additional for grave shift (11pm-7am)

Summary

To oversee the day-to-day Environmental Services operations. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your department's guest service standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
• Inform management of any problems, equipment malfunctions, hazards, and/or staff-related issues.
• Represent Environmental Services in the absence of management.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and working properly.
• Maintain supplies throughout the casino and warehouse.
• Assess training needs, assist with training, and ensure training completion.
• Complete and maintain shift records including right-to-know rosters.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and Certification

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in Treasure Island Environmental Services Department or supervisory experience in a related field.
