Westminster Suncoast - RN Supervisor (Full-Time, 3pm-11pm)

Located in St. Petersburg, Westminster Suncoast is a vibrant active living retirement community seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor. The role involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing staff to ensure compliance with state and federal standards. Essential Job Functions:

1. Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care based on established standards, resolve conflicts, and manage staffing issues such as call-offs.
2. Assist with calculating daily staffing needs based on census.
3. Review and ensure proper implementation of doctor's orders for residents.
4. Oversee resident assessments conducted by nurses.
5. Coordinate care with residents' families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
6. Address family concerns regarding resident care.
7. Report significant updates to the ADON/DON.
8. Enter admission orders for new residents into ECS.
9. Assist with managing emergencies within the Health Center or independent living areas.
10. Request necessary supplies from Central Supply.
