Job summary
The Greenery Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the overnight 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. Lead our clinical team, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Licensed RN with leadership experience
- RN license in good standing and eligible for state practice
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing personnel during the overnight shift
- Ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care and services
- Respond professionally to concerns from residents, families, and staff
- Provide clinical oversight for assessments, admissions, and documentation
- Monitor compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Investigate and report incidents as necessary
- Serve as the nursing leader on duty and assist with clinical decisions

As the Overnight RN Supervisor, you will serve as the clinical leader of the facility during the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. You will provide guidance to nursing staff, oversee resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond to clinical situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Supervise and support nursing personnel throughout the overnight shift
