The Greenery Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift to lead the overnight clinical team. You will guide nursing staff, oversee resident care, ensure compliance, and respond calmly to clinical situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing personnel throughout the overnight shift
• Ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care and services
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance for assessments, admissions, and documentation
• Monitor compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Investigate and report incidents as necessary
• Serve as the nursing leader on duty and assist with clinical decision-making
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
