Accela Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead overnight shifts, delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

The RN will oversee nursing staff, provide clinical guidance, monitor care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor CNAs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain excellence in resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in PA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.

What You’ll Do as RN Supervisor

What We’re Looking For in RN Supervisor

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
