Job summary

The Greenery Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the overnight 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. Lead our clinical team, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with leadership experience
• RN license in good standing and eligible for state practice

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing personnel during the overnight shift
• Ensure residents receive exceptional clinical care and services
• Respond professionally to concerns from residents, families, and staff
• Provide clinical oversight for assessments, admissions, and documentation
• Monitor compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Investigate and report incidents as necessary
• Serve as the nursing leader on duty and assist with clinical decisions
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
