Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking an RN Supervisor/Floor Nurse for the 2nd shift. This full‑time position includes leadership of nursing staff and direct patient care for residents with cerebral palsy and neuromuscular conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Long‑term care or residential nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Familiar with EHRs and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight during the assigned shift.
• Supervise and support LPNs and direct-care staff.
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Complete nursing assessments and required clinical records.
• Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and applicable Pennsylvania regulations.
• Support staff education, staffing coordination, and quality improvement.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
