Job summary

Woonsocket-Health- RN Supervisor leads the 2nd shift nursing operations, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and unit clerks to ensure safe, high-quality resident care and strict adherence to DOH and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

The role functions as a clinical resource, coordinating admissions, rounds, and escalation of complex cases while maintaining effective communication with families and physicians.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily clinical operations during 2nd shift.
• RN acts as clinical resource and leader for LPNs, CNAs and staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, Medicare/Medicaid and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and mentor nursing staff on shift.
• Manage staffing levels, call-outs, and resource allocation.
• Provide real-time feedback and participate in performance evaluations.
