Job summary

Asbury is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN to join our team at Normandie Ridge. This role focuses on 24-hour continuity of care, oversight of medical records, and clinical assessments to determine when physician input is needed.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN degree with PA RN license and current registration.
• Active CPR certification.
• Ability to oversee medical records, patient assessments, and physician communication within established policy.

Responsibilities

• Work with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
• Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
• Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician.
• Oversee the admission process of new or readmitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely.
• Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.

• RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
