Asbury Communities’ Bethany Village Senior Living in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse for per diem status to advance your RN career. Earn up to $43.92/hr plus shift differential (if applicable) by providing 24‑hour continuity of care in a recognized Great Place to Work community.

You’ll oversee medical records in the electronic health record, conduct resident assessments, advise on medications, and manage admissions with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• RN experience in nursing for per diem status
• Active CPR certification
• PA nursing license

• Oversee admission process ensuring complete resident assessment and timely documentation.

Job Description

• Work with your colleagues to ensure 24-hour continuity of care.
• Provide oversight of medical records in the electronic health record.
• Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician.
• Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely.
• Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.

Qualifications

• RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• RN experience for at least one year is required for per diem status.
• Active CPR certification.
