Responsibilities

• Obtain and transcribe orders promptly; ensure telephone order forms are complete.
• Notify physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensure adherence to policies and state/federal regulations.
• Complete admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as needed.

Job Description
