Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in Seabrook, NJ is hiring an RN Supervisor for evenings (3-11:30pm). This full-time role oversees nursing staff across Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct rounds, adjust staffing, review medical records and coach team members. RN licensure in NJ and CPR required; prior supervisory experience is a plus. Competitive benefits and a starting rate around $48/hr.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure nursing staff provide high-quality resident care.
• Reviews, adjusts and monitors nursing staffing to ensure coverage and meet established PPD.
• Assists in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Assists clinical staff in assessing and resolving clinical changes in condition in all Continuing Care neighborhoods.
• Reviews resident medical records to ensure completion of admission paperwork, incident follow up and changes in clinical condition.
• Consults with on-call providers as necessary.
• Assists in the supervision and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Leads investigations for injuries, medication errors and/or abuse allegations.
• Completes supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Leads and directs nursing staff in emergencies.
• Provides coaching and counseling as indicated.
• Conducts training, education, and evaluations as needed.
• May fill in as a licensed nurse on the floor during shifts.

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living

Currently hiring an RN Supervisor for evenings, 3-11:30pm. Full time, 40hrs/week

The RN Supervisor supervises delivery of resident care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care (skilled, memory care, & assisted living). Ensures staffing and resident care standard are followed while on shift. Reviews documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice and Erickson policy. Participates in the on-call process as needed.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Leads investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested.
• Completes supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Leads and directs nursing staff in the event of an emergency situation.
• Provides coaching and counseling as indicated.
• Conduct training, education, and evaluations as needed.
• May be requested to fill in as a licensed nurse on the floor in SN, LTC, AL or MC as needed during their shift.
• May be required to be part of the clinical on-call as needed.

What You Will Need
