Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role requires NJ RN licensure and BLS CPR, with at least 2 years of nursing experience. Training is provided for new supervisors, with a focus on compliance and staff leadership.

Qualifications

Join our team at Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an RN Supervisor! Full-Time Opportunity Available! Every Tuesday and Thursday, every other Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and Every Other Weekend 7A-7P $3,000 Sign-On Bonus $38-$50 an hour (all inclusive) At Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we believe that strong clinical leadership is essential to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate resident care. Responsibilities for RN Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
