Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate psychosocial and supportive services, assess potential residents, and help determine appropriate residency levels. You will build referral networks and educate residents on Advanced Directives to support informed decisions.

Join a team focused on resident well‑being, safety, and quality of life while collaborating with care providers and administrators in a continuing care community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior care.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services by direct referral or by reviewing incident reports.
• Conduct assessments of potential residents and recommend appropriate levels of residency.
• Assess and resolve issues regarding residents’ care and safety with the care team.
• Develop referral networks within the community for available services.
• Educate residents on Advanced Directives and completion of documents.

Compensation

Compensation: based on experience between $55,000 - $70,000 annually plus bonus opportunity.
