Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in Tinton Falls, NJ, is seeking an RN Supervisor for evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). You will oversee care delivery in Continuing Care, supervising licensed and non‑licensed staff and ensuring regulatory compliance across skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living units.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, CPR, and prior supervisory experience. You will participate in on‑call activities, perform rounds, and support staff in maintaining high

• Licensed RN in the state (New Jersey)
• 1+ year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, LTAC, or similar
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Walk rounds in Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure high‑quality resident care
• Adjust nursing staffing to meet patient care needs and PP D targets
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and clinical changes
• Supervise and orient new nursing staff; provide coaching and training
• Lead investigations into injuries or medication errors as needed
• May fill in as licensed nurse on the floor during shifts
• Participate in on‑call processes and emergency response

Job description

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living Currently hiring an RN Supervisor for evenings, 3-11:30pm. The RN Supervisor supervises delivery of resident care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff in Continuing Care (skilled, memory care, & assisted living). Ensures staffing and resident care standard are followed while on shift. Reviews documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice and Erickson policy. Participates in the on-call process as needed.

Compensation

Compensation: based on experience from $48/hr

How you will make an impact

• Performs walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living and memory care) to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care possible.
• Reviews, adjusts and monitors nursing staffing on all neighborhoods to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD.
• Assists in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Assists clinical staff in assessing and resolving clinical changes in condition in all Continuing Care neighborhoods.
• Reviews resident medical records to ensure completion of admission paper, incident follow up and resident change in clinical condition.
• Consults with on-call providers as necessary as needed.
• Assists in the supervision and orientation of new nursing staff.
• Leads investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested.
• Completes supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Leads and directs nursing staff in the event of an emergency situation.
• Provides coaching and counseling as indicated.
• Conduct training, education, and evaluations as needed.
• May be requested to fill in as a licensed nurse on the floor in SN, LTC, AL or MC as needed during their shift.
• May be required to be part of the clinical on-call as needed.

What you will need

• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 years’ floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.
• Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical record preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language.
