Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. This full-time role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS, and at least 2 years of clinical experience; supervision training is provided.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, monitoring residents, communicating with physicians and families, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Supervisory experience not required; training provided.

every other weekend 7A-7P

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

$38-$50 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
