Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to engage residents, assess needs, and coordinate services within our continuing care community. You will respond to residents, conduct assessments, and help determine appropriate residency levels.

The role emphasizes dementia awareness, referrals to internal and external services, and educating residents on Advanced Directives. Growth opportunities and a focus on well-being are core to the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.

What You Will Need
