Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $47.00/hr

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Full time daylight
• Shift differential: afternoons and nights $.50, weekends daylight $2.25 more, afternoons and nights $2.60 more per hour, PRN Rate $45.00, FT waiving benefits $45.00

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction of attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment regimens to meet residents' physical and psychological needs, in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
