Job summary

Beachwood Post Acute & Rehab in is seeking an RN for Sub Acute- Part Time to support nursing services in a long-term care setting. You will assist the Director of Nursing, participate in developing and updating policies, and ensure staff adherence to the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.

You will collaborate on quality assurance, discharge planning, and interdepartmental coordination to maintain residents' overall care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree and an active RN license in this state.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of PCC preferred.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Fluent English communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience in rehabilitative or long-term care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inform nursing staff of new admissions, room assignments, and schedules.
• Oversee medication administration, charts, and treatments as ordered.
• Develop and update care plans and resident discharge plans with the team.
• Participate in quality assurance, safety, and committee activities.
• Supervise RNs/LPNs and nursing assistants; assign duties and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
