Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification and licensure to practice as an RN in the state.
• Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing service operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Supervise nursing staff and assist in planning the resident care plan.
• Participate in quality assurance and risk management activities.
• Maintain documentation, coordinate with physicians, and supervise daily shifts.
