Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Stroke Coordinator to develop and maintain the quality of care for stroke patients and coordinate across the continuum of care. You will serve as a clinical expert and resource to patients, families, nursing staff, physicians and the community.

Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, you will ensure compliance with evidence-based practice and accrediting requirements, while supporting education and outcomes improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• NC RN license required.
• Certified Neuroscience RN or Stroke Certified RN preferred.
• 3–5 years acute clinical experience required.
• 1 year stroke care or related experience preferred; data skills helpful.
