Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week night-shift assignment in a Stepdown/PCU/IMC or Telemetry setting in Miamisburg, Ohio. The ideal candidate will bring Stepdown/Telemetry experience; ICU experience is highly valued.

You will provide continuous assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing care, with strong clinical judgment. Schedule features 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week (36 hours).

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
• Stepdown/PCU/IMC/SCU or Telemetry experience preferred.
• ICU experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week.
• 36 hours/week.
• Weekend and holiday coverage required.
• Block scheduling may be accommodated.

Responsibilities

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / PCU / IMC

Are you an experienced Stepdown, PCU, IMC, or Telemetry RN looking for your next travel assignment? This is an exciting 13-week night-shift opportunity for a confident critical-care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have strong Stepdown/Telemetry experience, with ICU experience highly valued. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical team caring for patients who require close monitoring and a higher level of nursing care than traditional Med‑Surg.

Med‑Surg: 1 RN to 4–6 patients

SCU/Stepdown: 1 RN to a maximum of 4 patients

Typical SCU assignment: 2–3 patients

Provide continuous assessment, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and comprehensive nursing care

Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition

Requirements

Active RN license

BLS ,**ACLS ,**NIHSS – Required

Stepdown, PCU, IMC, SCU, or Telemetry experience preferred

ICU experience is a strong plus

Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

3 × 12‑hour night shifts per week

36 hours/week

Weekend and holiday coverage required

Block scheduling may be accommodated

Weekend-only scheduling may be considered for the right candidate
