Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead training and education for nursing staff at the Carrollton Rehab & Wellness Center. You will implement in-service programs, verify CNA competencies, and provide 1:1 coaching to maintain high care standards.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least 3 years of clinical experience in healthcare (long-term care preferred), and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state
• Minimum 3 years of clinical healthcare experience

• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff
• Regularly assess CNA competency and provide 1:1 instruction when needed
