Job summary

Integritus Healthcare – North Adams Commons Nursing & Rehab Center in North Adams, MA is seeking an experienced RN to lead staff education and coordinate in-services across the facility. The Educator will schedule orientation for new hires, support educational initiatives, and serve as a resource for clinical staff while ensuring compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license (RN).
• Five years of long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services.
• Coordinates orientation for all new hire employees.
• Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/ requirements.
• Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives.
• Performs other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator.
