Job summary

Integritus Healthcare – North Adams Commons Nursing and Rehab Center in North Adams, MA is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) to lead in-service education and staff development. The role focuses on orientation, training, and ensuring educational requirements are met for all staff.

You will coordinate stepping stone programs, partner with administration, and support resident care through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license required.
• Five years long-term care experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage mandated in-services.
• Coordinate orientation for all new hire employees.
• Act as resource person for educational needs and requirements.
• Handle Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the administrator.
