Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Staff Educator - RN to plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs that meet regulatory standards and promote high-quality resident care. You will oversee training needs, CEU programs, NATCEP, and collaborate with departments to ensure timely, compliant education and staff development across the life plan community.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to documentation, and effective communication with staff and management to maintain QA

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• CPR Pro and First Aid Instructor certification preferred.
• Two years experience educating staff.
• Two years experience in long-term care or health-related field.
• Two years experience in supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs.
• Research, develop, and evaluate orientation and training materials.
• Coordinate CEU programs and educational outreach for staff.
• Oversee NATCEP and maintain ERC materials with IS collaboration.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff performance and compliance.
• Ensure staffing plans and timely training to meet QA standards.
