Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as an RN is required.
• CPR Pro and First Aid Instructor certification preferred.
• Two years experience educating staff members required; two years in long-term care or health-related field preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the Internet required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Project Management - Plan, develop, conduct and evaluate orientation, mandatory and elective education and on-the-job training; coordinate educational outreach and CEU programs.
• People Management and Development - supervise instructors, plan and deliver training programs, coach staff for growth, ensure staffing and performance standards.
• Quality and Compliance Management - maintain records and materials, support QA and risk management indicators, ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
