Qualifications

• BLS certification with instructor eligibility is preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical area experience and 2+ years in education/adult development.

Responsibilities

• Provide designated educational support to clinical units.
• Design, implement and evaluate education programs and needs assessments.
• Assist with orientation, annual competency reviews, and regulatory education.
• Collaborate with Education Lead and service line leads on activities.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Support change management and participate in committees.
