Job summary

The role combines nursing care with education, partnering with the Clinical Education Lead and other educators to design programs, assess outcomes, and support discharge planning, staffing, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and RN license active.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience in designated clinical area beneficial (3–5 years).
• Experience in education-adult development and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Integrates adult learning principles into educational offerings.
• Plans, conducts, and evaluates educational programs and orientation.
• Supports ongoing education, in-services, and competency assessment.
• Delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education as part of care.
