Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• RN license or equivalent certification required.
• BLS certification required; instructor preferred.
• Knowledge of accreditation, regulatory and certification requirements.
• 3–5 years in designated clinical area; 2+ years in education/adult learning.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Educator/facilitator: Develop education, assess needs, and plan/evaluate programs.
• Staff nurse: Perform patient assessments and care planning with the team.
• Change agent: Implement new processes and communicate changes effectively.
