Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in Florida with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong teaching and communication skills are essential and CPR certification is required.
• Knowledge of MDS, care plans and chart auditing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and implements clinical training for all clinical staff.
• Develops new training tools, policies and procedures.
• Provides clinical modules during orientation to all employees.
• Plans, coordinates and presents in-services for all departments.
• Maintains records of all staff in-servicing and training materials.
• Coordinates use of educational equipment and resources.
• Assesses learning needs and measures impact of programs on staff performance.
