Qualifications

• Must hold a Kentucky RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience educating staff and developing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules and implements clinical training for all clinical staff.
• Develops new training tools, policies and procedures.
• Provides clinical modules during orientation for all employees.
• Plans and presents inservices for all departments (mandatory, voluntary, identified needs).
• Maintains records for all staff inservicing and coordinates educational resources.
• Assesses learning needs and measures impact of programs.
