Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator for Sunrise Manor to drive training programs and ensure high standards of resident care. The role focuses on nursing education, competency checks, and on-call rotations to support continuous staff development.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with active licensure, 3+ years of healthcare experience (long-term care preferred), and a current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure.
• Minimum three years of clinical healthcare experience; long-term care preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement staff training and in-service education for nursing department.
• Monitor CNA skill competency and resident care quality; provide 1:1 instruction as needed.
• Provide new staff training and ensure safe task performance with residents.
