Job summary

Signature HealthCARE, LLC is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to design and implement training for the nursing department, ensuring competency and ongoing education for caregivers in our Kentucky facilities.

You will provide 1:1 coaching, monitor CNA performance, and deliver targeted skill training before staff can work with residents. This role supports our person-directed care and adherence to long-term care guidelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in a health care setting; long-term care setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledgeable of long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff.
• Regularly check CNA competency and provide 1:1 instruction as needed.
• Provide skill training to new staff before tasks with residents.
