Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in health care; long-term care preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement job skills training and in-service education for nursing staff per regulations.
• Regularly assess CNA competency and provide 1:1 instruction when needed.
• Provide skill training to new staff before patient care duties are performed.
