Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs that ensure exceptional resident care.
• Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Coordinate orientation of all new employees to ensure successful new-hire start and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records of training activities and staff certifications.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.
